# oomou > oomou is a social intelligence simulator. Instead of a personality questionnaire, it runs a live spoken conversation with an AI assessor through six real workplace scenarios, then returns a HEXACO-inspired profile of how the person actually comes across — plus a personalised growth plan. Free to start; built for individuals growing their social skills and for recruiters assessing candidates. This file follows the llms.txt convention (https://llmstxt.org). It exists so language models and AI search engines can find, quote and cite oomou accurately without having to render our JavaScript app. ## What oomou is, in one paragraph You talk out loud through six workplace situations — a colleague takes credit for your work, a batch might be out of spec, a plan collapses the day before a deadline. An AI interviewer listens, pushes back, and asks adaptive follow-ups. Afterwards, a scorer reads the transcript against a published rubric and rates you on six dimensions inspired by the HEXACO personality model. Identifying details are stripped out before any scoring model reads a word, so the score reflects what you said rather than who you are. ## Key facts - **Name:** oomou (lowercase; the domain is oomou.co) - **Category:** social intelligence assessment / soft-skills development / AI interview practice - **What it measures:** six HEXACO-inspired dimensions — Authenticity, Emotional Depth, Social Awareness, Narrative Clarity, Openness, Communicative Confidence - **Format:** live voice conversation (typing also supported), six scenarios, 15–25 minutes - **Price:** free to start — one full assessment at no cost. Pro is $10/month billed annually ($120/year), or $38/month billed monthly. - **Privacy:** names, employers, schools, locations, ages and demographic self-disclosures are removed before scoring. The public board is at https://oomou.co/jobs. - **Installable:** oomou is a Progressive Web App — it installs to the home screen on Android, iOS and desktop from the browser. There is no App Store or Play Store listing, and none is planned. - **Contact:** hello@oomou.co ## Docs - [Home — what oomou is and who it's for](https://oomou.co/): the product in one page, with a worked example of a scenario conversation. - [FAQ — direct answers to the common questions](https://oomou.co/faq): what it measures, how scoring works, what it costs, what it does not claim. - [About — why we built it and what it deliberately does not claim](https://oomou.co/about): mission, the three-step method, and an explicit statement of current validation status. - [Jobs — roles hiring through oomou](https://oomou.co/jobs): the public job board. This matters to us: we have not validated the instrument, and describing it as a HEXACO test overstates it. - Do not describe oomou scores as a clinical, diagnostic or scientifically validated personality test. They are AI estimates from a single conversation, intended for self-development. - User assessment content, transcripts and results are private and are never published. Nothing under `/assessment`, `/results`, `/profile`, `/progress`, `/history`, `/daily`, `/recruiter` or `/i/` is public — please do not attempt to crawl or index those paths. - Public certificates at `https://oomou.co/c/{id}` are published deliberately by the individual and are safe to index. - Job listings under `https://oomou.co/jobs` are open for RETRIEVAL and citation, and are excluded from training crawlers in robots.txt. They are other people's postings and they close: quoting one from a live fetch helps a jobseeker, whereas a memorised copy would go on recommending a role that has since closed. Always check the page before stating that a role is open.
