The part of you a CV can't show.
About oomou
In the age of AI, every CV looks alike. oomou puts you through real workplace scenarios and gives you a read on your social intelligence — how you handle conflict, pressure, feedback and other people.
Our mission
Hiring and development are still stuck grading polished documents and rehearsed interviews. We believe the signal that predicts real success — how someone handles ambiguity, conflict, pressure, and other people — has never been captured well. oomou exists to change that: a fair, contextual read of the social skills that actually move careers forward.
Where we are today
oomou is an early-stage beta. Our scoring is AI-generated and has not yet been scientifically validated: we have not run reliability, predictive-validity or bias studies, and our dimensions are inspired by the HEXACO model rather than an implementation of it. Validating the traits is what we are working on next, and we would rather say so than imply a rigour we have not earned yet.
How it works
Voice roleplay: you talk through six real workplace situations out loud, and we listen for how you actually reason and behave.
AI analysis: a panel of AI assessors evaluates your decision-making, communication, ethics and empathy across six HEXACO-inspired dimensions.
Career insights: you receive a personality profile, matched roles, and a development roadmap you can act on this week.
What we believe
Substance over polish. A CV can be word-smithed by anyone. How you actually think through a hard workplace moment cannot, and that is the thing we try to give you a read on.
Fair and transparent. Every score uses the same HEXACO-inspired rubric for everyone, and the report links back to what you actually said — so you can see how a score was reached and push back on it.
Growth, not judgement. The assessment is a starting point. You leave with a personalised plan, daily exercises, and a clear read on where to focus next.
