The key restriction: oomou is an early-stage beta, its scores are AI-generated estimates that have not been scientifically validated against the IPIP-HEXACO or any other psychometric instrument, and they may not be used as the sole basis for a hiring, promotion or termination decision. Any decision affecting a person requires meaningful human review.

HEXACO is a personality model from published academic research, and the IPIP-HEXACO items our criteria draw on are public domain. oomou is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensed implementation of either. For questions, email [email protected].
